Founder & President
Hebah Kassem is a strategic powerhouse in grassroots organizing, political strategy, and campaigning with over a decade of experience driving transformative change. As the founder of Visionary Edge, she helps mission-driven organizations and businesses sharpen their strategy, streamline operations, and build the infrastructure needed to scale their impact.

Hebah has held leadership roles at Just Solutions Collective, The Sunrise Project, Sierra Club, Green New Deal Network, and the Congressional Progressive Caucus Center, where she played a pivotal role in advancing bold initiatives at the intersection of climate, economic, and social justice. Her expertise spans national political strategy, campaign management, and movement-building—helping to elect progressive champions and mobilize communities for systemic change.

With a Master of Public Health from the University of Illinois-Chicago and a Bachelor of Science from the University of Michigan, Hebah brings a unique blend of strategic vision, operational expertise, and grassroots power to every space she enters.
